How the sessions work
Both beginners and those with meditation or MBSR experience are welcome. Each meeting begins with a 30-minute meditation where all participants’ microphones are muted to create as undisturbed an atmosphere as possible. The meditation is followed by a 15 minutes of inquiry where everyone is invited to share their experience with the group for a wider context of understanding and reflection.
The group practise is a free offer that you can join anytime. Simply drop a few lines in the contact form or on Instagram to receive the link to the next meeting! Personal tip for preparation: Make sure you are in a comfortable and calm place, as undisturbed as your circumstances allow. I’m looking forward to seeing you soon.
